Drinks photography

You should almost be able to taste a drink in the photo. Beads of condensation on a cold bottle, foam that sits just right, a splash frozen at exactly the right moment. That takes timing, technique and a good dose of patience.

From beer and soft drinks to coffee, dairy drinks and cocktails: we shoot them in our studio, with high-speed flashes for splashes and a team that knows how to keep ice, foam and garnish looking good under the lights. The result? Images that make you thirsty.

Beer is our speciality. We have been photographing for brewers for years, including Lindemans, Spaten, La Chouffe and Obuz. We know how to keep a head of foam standing, which glass belongs to which beer and how to get the colour of a kriek, a blonde or a dark beer just right.

Questions about drinks photography

  • Do you have experience with beer photography?

    Plenty. Beer is one of our specialities: from bottles and glasses as packshots to perfect serves, splashes and mood shots at the table. We know the glassware, the pouring rituals and the colours of every beer style, and we make sure the head and the beads on the glass look perfect at exactly the right moment.

  • How do you capture a sharp splash?

    With high-speed flash. A flash lasting a fraction of a second freezes the movement, so every drop is sharp. We repeat the splash until the shape is perfect, then choose the best image together.

  • Can you also shoot cocktails and perfect serves?

    Absolutely. Our stylists prepare every cocktail or perfect serve fresh on set, with the right garnish, the right glass and ice that looks crystal clear. We gladly work with your bartender or brand ambassador, so the drink matches how it is served.

  • Do you also shoot bottles and cans as packshots?

    Yes. Glass, metal and glossy labels need a specific lighting set-up to avoid distracting reflections. We shoot your bottle or can sharp and cut out, ready for your webshop, retail or packaging.

  • Do you use AI for splashes and condensation?

    We always photograph the real product. We only use AI for what happens around the product, such as a background or an extra format, never to recreate the drink itself. We never fake food, not even when it’s a drink.
