VANDEMOORTELE
Vandemoortele runs a house of brands. Each one needs its own look.
Case: Vandemoortele
Client: Vandemoortele
Agency: In-house marketing team + creative partners
Services: Photography, Videography, Styling, Social Media Content, Concept Development
The problem
Vandemoortele runs a house of brands. Banquet d'Or, Croustico, Doonys, Risso, PDC. They sit next to each other in the same catalogue and at the same trade fairs.
Shot the same way, the brands blur together. Buyers cannot tell them apart on a page.
Shot by a different photographer every campaign, they drift apart. The house loses any shared look.
Both problems get worse as the portfolio grows.
What we did
We set a styling approach per brand instead of per shoot. Every brand has its own lighting, props, styling and crop. The differences are deliberate and documented.
All brands are shot in the same studio by the same team. Reference images from earlier years stay open on set, so a new shoot matches an old one.
The same approach covers brochures, packaging, social, foodservice content and trade fair material.
The result
We have shot Vandemoortele since the nineties. Close to 12,000 images.
Marketing staff and agencies have changed several times over that period. The brands still look like themselves.
