One shoot, twelve SKUs, and packaging that keeps changing.

**Case: YoPro**

**Client:** YoPro / Danone
**Services:** Photography, Videography, Motion Control, 3D Pack Replacement, Texture Shots, Global Campaign Production

### **The problem**

YoPro sells across many markets, and the pack is different in each one. Shooting the same campaign again for every market is not affordable.

Packaging also changes faster than campaigns do. A redesign lands while a campaign is still running, and the footage is out of date the day it arrives. Reshooting every time a pack updates means paying twice for the same idea.

### **What we did**

We shot the campaign once and treated the pack as a replaceable layer instead of a fixed part of the frame.

Motion control makes every camera move exactly repeatable. The same move can be run again or matched in 3D afterwards, which is what allows a pack to be swapped into finished footage without going back to set.

Texture was shot in camera. That is the part that cannot be fixed later, so it got the time on the day.

Creative direction was ours from start to finish.

### **The result**

Twelve SKUs and fifty-six deliverables, out of one production.

When a pack changes, only the pack changes. The campaign stays where it is.

**Same product, different pack in every market? Let's talk.**
